Repair of sidewalks--publication of notice.
80.200. If the notice in writing cannot be personally servedin the state as provided herein, or if the owner or owners areunknown and cannot be personally served, the board of trusteesshall cause four weeks' notice to be published in the Englishlanguage, in some daily or weekly newspaper published in thecounty in which the property or lot is situated, setting forthall the facts required in the written notice in section 80.190.
