Additional levies--maximum rates.
80.470. In addition to the levy for general municipalpurposes, all towns and villages in this state may levy annuallynot to exceed the following rates of taxation on all propertysubject to its taxing powers for the following special purposes:For library purposes in the manner and at the rate authorizedunder the provisions of sections 182.140 to 182.280, RSMo; forhospital, public health and museum purposes, twenty cents on theone hundred dollars assessed valuation; and for recreationgrounds in the manner and at the rate authorized under theprovisions of sections 90.500 to 90.570, RSMo.
