Trustee in disincorporation--powers.

80.630. The trustee shall, as soon as possible, prosecute ordefend to final judgment all suits instituted by or against thecorporation; collect all money due the same; liquidate all lawfuldemands against the same, and for that purpose shall sell anyproperty belonging to such corporation, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, and generally do all acts requisite to bring to aspeedy close all the affairs of the corporation.
