Extension of limits (cities of 20,000 and less than 250,000).
81.200. Any city now containing, or which may hereaftercontain, more than twenty thousand and less than two hundred andfifty thousand inhabitants, organized under special or locallaws, may extend its limits by an ordinance specifying withaccuracy the new line or lines to which it is proposed to extendsuch limits. All courts of this state shall take judicial noticeof the limits of said city when thus extended, and of all thesteps in the proceedings leading thereto.
