Police force--acceptance of gratuities prohibited--disposition offines (Kansas City).
84.630. No officer of police or policeman shall be allowedto receive any money or gratuity or compensation for any servicehe may render without the consent of the said board, and all suchmoneys as any policeman or police officer may be so permitted toreceive shall be paid over to the board, and, together with allthe proceeds of all fines, forfeitures and unreclaimed propertywhich may come into the possession of said board, or to berecovered by them under the provisions of sections 84.350 to84.860, or any other law or ordinance, shall be disposed of inaccordance with rules adopted by the said board, subject to theprovisions of laws of this state controlling and directing thedispensation of such funds.
