Police force--power to make arrests (Kansas City).
84.640. The members of the police force of any such city arehereby empowered to make arrests for the violation of anyordinance of such city for the protection, regulation and orderlygovernment of parks, public grounds and other public propertyowned by any such city and situated outside of the limitsthereof, and persons so arrested for the violation of any suchordinance may be brought within the city limits and tried beforeany court having jurisdiction of cases arising out of theordinances of such city.
