Board to have exclusive original jurisdiction--judicial review.

86.037. The board of trustees has exclusive originaljurisdiction in all matters relating to or affecting the fundsherein provided for, including, in addition to all other matters,all claims for annuities, benefits, refunds or pensions underthis law, and its action, decision or determination in any matteris reviewable under chapter 536, RSMo, only, and any party to theproceedings has a right of appeal from the decision of thereviewing court. Subject to the limitations of sections 86.010to 86.193, the board of trustees shall, from time to time,establish rules and regulations for the administration of fundscreated by this law, for the transaction of its business and forthe limitation of the time within which claims may be filed.
