86.1060. 1. The retirement board may sue and be sued in its ownname. Such suits shall constitute suits by or against the members of theretirement board in their representative capacities and not as individuals.
2. Service of process on the retirement board shall be sufficient iften copies of the pleading or other document to be served shall be servedupon the secretary of the retirement board at the principal office of theretirement system during business hours.
