Amount payable to pension accumulation fund.
86.163. The total amount payable in each year to the pensionaccumulation fund shall be not less than the sum of the ratespercent known as the normal contribution rate and the accruedliability contribution rate of the total compensation earnable byall members during the year; provided, however, that theaggregate payment by the said cities shall be sufficient whencombined with the amount in the fund to provide the pensions andother benefits payable out of the fund during the then currentyear.
