Pensions and benefits payable from pension accumulationfund--exceptions.
86.170. All pensions, and benefits in lieu thereof with theexception of those payable to or on account of members whoreceived no prior service allowance and all lump sum deathbenefits on account of death in active service payable fromcontributions of the said cities, shall be paid from the pensionaccumulation fund.
