Expense fund.
86.180. The expense fund shall be the fund to which shall becredited all money provided by the said cities to pay theadministration expenses of the retirement system and from whichshall be paid all the expenses necessary in connection with theadministration and operation of the system. Annually the boardof trustees shall estimate the amount of money necessary to bepaid into the expense fund during the ensuing year to provide forthe expense of operation of the retirement system.
