Exemption from tax and execution.
86.190. The right of any person to a pension, annuity orretirement allowance, to the return of contributions, thepension, annuity or retirement allowance itself, any optionalbenefit or death benefit, any other right accrued or accruing toany person under the provisions of sections 86.010 to 86.193 andthe moneys in the various funds created under sections 86.010 to86.193 are hereby exempt from any tax of the state of Missouriand shall not be subject to execution, garnishment, attachment orany other process whatsoever and shall be unassignable except asin sections 86.010 to 86.193 specifically provided.
