Vacancy on board, how filled--trustees to receive expenses.
86.217. 1. If a vacancy occurs in the office of trustee, the vacancyshall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as the office waspreviously filled.
2. The trustees shall serve without compensation, but they shall bereimbursed for all necessary expenses which they may incur through serviceon the board.
