Accrued liability contribution discontinued, when.
86.340. The accrued liability contribution should be discontinued assoon as the accumulated reserve in the general fund shall equal the presentvalue, as actuarially computed and approved by the board of trustees, ofthe total liability of said fund, less the present value, computed on thebasis of the normal contribution rate then in force, of the prospectivenormal contributions to be received on account of persons who are at thattime members.
