Payments from pension fund by warrants only.
86.560. All moneys ordered to be paid from such pension fundto any person or persons shall be paid by the treasurer only uponwarrants signed by the president of the board and countersignedby the secretary thereof, and no warrants shall be drawn exceptby the order of the board, duly entered upon the records of theproceedings of the board.
