Warrants, how drawn.
87.080. All moneys ordered to be paid from said pension fundto any person or persons shall be paid by the treasurer of theboard of trustees only upon warrants signed by the president ofsaid board and countersigned by the secretary thereof, and nowarrant shall be drawn except by order of the board, duly enteredon the records of the proceedings of the board.
