Benefits under this law payable to whom.
87.250. All members who are firemen on or after theeffective date of this section and their beneficiaries shallreceive benefits as provided by sections 87.120 to 87.370, andall members and retired members who are not firemen as of theeffective date of this section and their beneficiaries shallreceive benefits as provided by the laws in effect prior thereto.
