Reserves made obligation of city.
87.360. The creation and maintenance of reserves in thegeneral reserve fund and the maintenance of benefit reserves asprovided for and the payment of all benefits granted under theprovisions of sections 87.120 to 87.370 are hereby madeobligations of the city.
