Benefits exempt from taxes and civil process.
87.365. The right of any person to a benefit, any otherright accrued or accruing to any person under the provisions ofsections 87.120 to 87.370 and the moneys in the various fundscreated under sections 87.120 to 87.370 are hereby exempt fromany tax of the state of Missouri and shall not be subject toexecution, garnishment, attachment or any other processwhatsoever and shall be unassignable except as in sections 87.120to 87.370 specifically provided.
