Money paid beneficiaries only on warrant.
87.465. All moneys ordered to be paid from said pensionfunds to any person or persons shall be paid by the treasurer ofthe board of trustees only upon warrants signed by the presidentof said board and countersigned by the secretary thereof, and nowarrant shall be drawn except by order of the board, duly enteredon the records of the proceedings of the board.
