Condemnation of property--commissioners' compensation, how paid.
88.053. The judge shall allow the commissioners and courtofficials reasonable compensation for their services, which,together with all other costs accruing up to and includingconfirmation of the commissioners' report, shall be paid by thecity. All costs accruing after said time shall be paid by thelosing party.
