Condemnation of property--condemnation outside city limits.
88.077. When it becomes necessary for any city to condemnprivate property outside of the city limits for any authorizedpurpose the proceedings therefor shall be regulated in allrespects as the condemnation of property for railroad purposes isat the time regulated by law.
