White way system defined.
88.617. The term "white way system" as used in sections88.617 to 88.633 means the systematic arrangement of ornamentallight posts, street arches, frosted and colored lights and globesand other illuminating equipment, conduits and all necessaryapparatus therefor in a prescribed district.
