Certification of tax bills (cities, 30,000 or less).
88.907. All of the tax bills, as provided in sections 88.863to 88.913, shall be certified as correct by the city engineer orother person who has made the computation under authority of thecity council, and shall be signed by the mayor, attested by thecity clerk under the seal of the city.
