92.036. Residency requirements for officers and board members of museum (Kansas City).

Residency requirements for officers and board members of museum(Kansas City).

92.036. The director and a majority of the officers of theboard of governors of any museum in any city authorized to levy atax under section 92.035 shall be residents of the state ofMissouri and taxpayers of such city.
