Money deposited with treasurer, who shall give bond.
96.270. All moneys received or appropriated for the use ofsaid board shall be deposited with the treasurer, who shall givegood and sufficient bond to said board for the safekeeping andproper expenditure of all funds placed in his hands, by or forthe use of said board.
