Commissioner or employee of authority to have no interest in anyhousing project.
99.060. No commissioner or employee of an authority shallacquire any interest direct or indirect in any housing project orin any property included or planned to be included in anyproject, nor shall he have any interest direct or indirect in anycontract or proposed contract for materials or services to befurnished or used in connection with any housing project. If anycommissioner or employee of an authority owns or controls aninterest direct or indirect in any property included or plannedto be included in any housing project, he immediately shalldisclose the same in writing to the authority and such disclosureshall be entered upon the minutes of the authority. Failure soto disclose such interest shall constitute misconduct in office.Upon such disclosure such commissioner or employee shall notparticipate in any action by the authority affecting suchproperty.
