Commissioner, how removed.

99.070. For inefficiency or neglect of duty or misconduct inoffice, a commissioner of an authority may be removed by themayor (or in the case of an authority for a county, by thegoverning body of said county), but a commissioner shall beremoved only after he shall have been given a copy of the chargesat least ten days prior to the hearing thereon and had anopportunity to be heard in person or by counsel. In the event ofthe removal of any commissioner, a record of the proceedings,together with the charges and findings thereon, shall be filed inthe office of the clerk.
