Authority to file report annually.
99.220. At least once a year, an authority shall file withthe clerk a report of its activities for the preceding year, andshall make recommendations with reference to such additionallegislation or other action as it deems necessary in order tocarry out the purposes of sections 99.010 to 99.230.
