Severability.
99.860. If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph,sentence or clause of sections 99.800 to 99.860 is, for anyreason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decisionshall not affect any remaining portion, section, or part thereofwhich can be given effect without the invalid provision.
