Joint committee on real property tax increment allocationredevelopment, members, appointment, duties.
99.863. Beginning in 1999, and every five years thereafter, a jointcommittee of the general assembly, comprised of five members appointed bythe speaker of the house of representatives and five members appointed bythe president pro tem of the senate, shall review sections 99.800 to99.865. A report based on such review, with any recommended legislativechanges, shall be submitted to the speaker of the house of representativesand the president pro tem of the senate no later than February firstfollowing the year in which the review is conducted.
