Permission needed for designation of development area outsideboundaries of municipality.
99.945. In the event a municipality desires to designate adevelopment area located in whole or in part outside the incorporatedboundaries of the municipality and within the boundaries of anothermunicipality, such municipality shall first obtain the permission of thegoverning body of such other municipality.
