Allowable rates of interest.
100.445. If the interest rates allowed under the provisions of this act*are greater than the interest rates allowed under the provisions of senatebill no. 554** of the second regular session of the eightieth generalassembly, then the interest rates allowed under this act* shall prevail overthe interest rates set in senate bill no. 554**.
