104.350. 1. Upon withdrawal from service, any member who is notentitled to a normal annuity, deferred normal annuity or disabilitybenefits pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall forfeit allrights in the fund, including the member's accrued creditable service as ofthe date of the member's withdrawal.

2. A former employee who is employed on or after August 28, 2002, whohas forfeited service shall have the forfeited period of service restoredafter receiving creditable service continuously for one year.
