Benefit funds, pay period certification of amount required--treasurerto transfer amount to fund.
104.438. The commissioner of administration at the end of each payperiod shall certify to the state treasurer the amount required to be paidon account of officers and employees of each department, division, agencyor unit of government whose services are covered by the Missouri stateemployees' retirement system. Thereupon the state treasurer shallimmediately transfer such amounts from the proper funds to the credit ofthe fund for the Missouri state employees' retirement system.
