Legal advice, representation--attorney general to provide legalservices, when.

104.520. The board may appoint an attorney or firm of attorneys to bethe legal advisor* to the board and to represent the board in legalproceedings, however, if the board does not make such an appointment, theattorney general of the state shall furnish, upon request, whatever legalservices are necessary.
