State officials and employees, effective date for salaryadjustments, exception.
105.006. Any increase in a statutorily set salary, other than theadjustment provided for in section 105.005, shall take effect on July firstof the year following the date of enactment unless a specific line itemappropriation to fund the increase has been made prior to that date.
