Settlement to be entered of record.
105.070. Whenever the courts shall make such settlement withany officer, the substance thereof shall be entered on record, soas to show separately the whole amount received by such officer,the amount of commissions allowed to him by law for collection,how much remains due to the state, and how much to the county, onwhat account each sum of money was received, and to whatparticular fund, if any, it belongs.
