Hiring authorities to verify registration.
105.1216. Any official having charge of and authority over the hiringof employees or granting of educational assistance, as described in section105.1213, shall adopt procedures deemed appropriate to effectuate theprovisions of sections 105.1210 to 105.1216. Certification by theapplicant of his registration status shall be deemed adequate to satisfythe provisions of sections 105.1210 to 105.1216.
