Contributions by state.
105.320. The trustee of the state will pay to the Secretary of theTreasury at such times as may be prescribed by federal law or regulation,contributions with respect to wages equal to the sum of the taxes which wouldbe imposed by the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (26 U.S.C.A. § 1400 etseq.), if service covered by the agreement constituted employment within themeaning of the act.
