Definitions.
105.600. For the purposes of sections 105.600 to 105.650 thefollowing words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them inthis section:
(1) "Receiving agency", any department or agency of thefederal government or a state government which receives anemployee of another government under sections 105.600 to 105.650;
(2) "Sending agency", any department or agency of thefederal government or a state government which sends any employeethereof to another government agency under sections 105.600 to105.650.
