105.962. There is hereby created a position within the Missouriethics commission which shall administer and be responsible for theestablishment, implementation, and maintenance of any electronic reportingsystem required by law. Prerequisites for such position shall include, ata minimum, a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of highereducation with a major in computer science, computer engineering, orcomputer programming. In addition to the baccalaureate degree,prerequisites for the position shall also include appropriate workexperience in the field of computer science, computer engineering, orcomputer programming. The person employed in this position shall beemployed pursuant to subsection 11 of section 105.955.
