Attorney general to represent commission, exception.
105.977. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, theattorney general shall represent the ethics commission in all stateappellate or federal appellate or supreme courts, unless the attorneygeneral refuses to pursue such action, in which case, the ethics commissionmay retain competent counsel for such action.
