Compensation to members of commission.
106.110. Each member of the special commission, provided forin section 106.080, shall be allowed an amount not to exceed tendollars per day for actual and necessary expenses incurred in theperformance of his duties, which allowance shall be in lieu ofall other compensation for such service.
