Company executing bond as surety estopped to deny its corporateauthority.

107.100. Every company which shall execute any bond or otherobligation, as surety for another, under the provisions ofsections 107.080 and 107.090 shall be estopped to deny itscorporate power to execute such instrument, or assume suchliability.
