Discrimination in granting of loans is unlawful.
108.470. It shall be unlawful for any revenue bondauthority, or any agent thereof, to deny a residential realestate loan to a person because of the specific geographiclocation of the residential real estate or to discriminate on thebasis of race, color, religion, national origin, handicap, age,marital status, or sex, of the applicant for a residential realestate loan or the race, religion or national origin of personsliving in the vicinity of the residential real estate.
