Violations, effect.
108.528. Failure by an issuer to report in accordance withthe provisions of section 108.526, or otherwise to abide by theterms of sections 108.500 to 108.532, may, at the discretion ofthe director, result in the forfeiture of future allocations forprivate activity bonds.
