Proceeds of sales paid into fourth state building fund.
108.929. The moneys realized from the sale of bonds under theprovisions of sections 108.925 to 108.933 shall be paid into the statetreasury, to the credit of the "Fourth State Building Fund", and shall beexpended in accordance with appropriations made by the general assembly forthe purposes for which the bonds are authorized to be issued and for thepayment of all necessary expenses incidental thereto.
