Securities deposited, amount of.
110.020. The value of the securities deposited andmaintained by a legal depositary under section 110.010 shall atall times be not less than one hundred percent of the actualamount of the funds on deposit with the depositary, less theamount, if any, insured by the Federal Deposit InsuranceCorporation.
