Application of laws.
116.020. This chapter shall apply to elections on statewideballot measures. The election procedures contained in chapter 115,RSMo, shall apply to elections on statewide ballot measures, exceptto the extent that the provisions of chapter 116 directly conflict,in which case chapter 116 shall prevail, and except to the extentthat a constitutional convention's provisions under section 3(c) ofarticle XII of the constitution directly conflict, in which casethe convention's provisions shall prevail.
